1. Booking, payment and price
The booking is confirmed only after receipt of payment and email confirmation. Any outstanding amount must be paid before boarding. The price includes only the items expressly detailed in the offer or confirmation. Fuel is not included unless expressly stated; otherwise it is charged according to actual consumption or a reasonable estimate.
2. Duration and schedule
Standard duration: 8 hours, flexible between 10:00 and 21:00. No night navigation. Return to port must occur before sunset. Additional hours are subject to availability and a previously agreed surcharge.
3. Cancellations
More than 30 days before boarding: 100% refund. Between 30 and 15 days before: 50% refund. Within 7 days: non-refundable. Management and payment gateway fees are non-refundable. No-show: non-refundable.
4. Weather
If conditions prevent safe navigation (strong wind, heavy sea or official alerts), we offer: a full refund (except management costs) or a date change subject to availability. Cloud cover or temperature are not valid grounds for cancellation.
5. Vessel availability
If the vessel cannot be delivered for reasons beyond the company's control, a similar vessel or a proportional refund will be offered.
6. Breakdowns during service
If a breakdown not attributable to the client prevents navigation, a replacement (if available) or a refund proportional to the time not enjoyed will be offered. Damage from negligence or misuse is the client's responsibility.
7. Navigation and conduct
Navigation takes place within the authorised area. Routes are indicative and may be changed by the captain for safety or weather reasons. The client is responsible for all passengers' behaviour and must follow the captain's instructions.
8. Delays
Contracted time is not extended due to client delays. Delays over 90 minutes without notice may lead to cancellation without refund.
9. Maritime operator and intermediation
Technical, operational and legal responsibility for the vessel lies with the owner or maritime operator. When the company acts as an intermediary, its responsibility is limited to the correct management and coordination of the booking.
10. Deposit
The company may require a security deposit before boarding, applicable to damage attributable to the client.
11. Limitation of liability
Any liability of the company is limited to the amount actually paid by the client. No liability is accepted for indirect damages, loss of profit, lost bookings, flights, events or personal belongings.
12. External activities
Mandatory insurance is limited to navigation, boarding and disembarking. Activities outside the vessel are the client's responsibility.
13. Client force majeure
Flight delays, illness or personal circumstances do not entitle to a refund outside the cancellation policy.
14. Subletting
Assignment or subletting of the vessel is prohibited.
15. Data protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with current legislation.
16. Jurisdiction
The contractual relationship is governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Courts of Ibiza. Booking implies full acceptance of these conditions.
